Senior Solutions Consultant (Fintech): Serving as a technical partner in the sales organization, you will drive success in sales cycles by bridging the gap between product capabilities and finance team needs with an accent on spend management, accounting, and financial processes. Focus on ERP landscapes, technical discussions with customer IT teams, and selling value through elegant technical solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation support available to hubs in the UK and US.

What you will do

• Translate business and finance requirements into clear solution designs for hirify.global’s spend management platform.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver high-impact product demonstrations that highlight hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Guide clients through the solution lifecycle, focusing on design, integration, and adoption.
• Support discussions around ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and how hirify.global fits into the customer’s IT stack.
• Act as a conduit between the field and our Product organization, sharing customer feedback to help shape our roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Implementation for B2B SaaS solutions, or a background in a "Big 4" or Tier-1 System Integrator environment with a focus on finance technology.
• A solid understanding of accounting processes (AP/AR), financial controls, and how finance teams operate.
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft) and a baseline understanding of integration methods like APIs and SFTP.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Native or bilingual fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required.
