Implementation Engineer (SaaS)

Implementation Engineer (SaaS): Ensuring new customers achieve value with hirify.global by guiding them through the onboarding process and setting them up for ongoing success with an accent on clear communication, expectation setting, and diligent documentation. Focus on driving technical onboarding, reducing time to value, and identifying risk areas during deployment.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Salary: $93,900 - $136,200 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, transitioning from sales to service delivery.
• Drive technical onboarding and enablement on how to work with hirify.global.
• Diligently document all customer statuses and ensure customers are hitting key deployment milestones.
• Become an expert in Workbench, service offerings, and best practices for configuration.
• Partner with the CSM team to ensure a smooth handoff from Sales.
• Identify risk areas coming out of deployment.

Requirements

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions, locally deployed software, or IT/Security Services in an enterprise ecosystem in a customer facing role.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of infosec and challenges inherent to specific customer industry verticals.
• Familiarity with the purpose and functionality of detection and response tools both on-prem and cloud (e.g., familiarity with EDR, NDR, SIEMs, CASB etc.).
• Exceptionally organized to manage multiple simultaneous onboardings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
