TL;DR

Client Engineer (IAM): Owning the customer experience by acting as a primary partner and point of contact for strategic customers, focusing on driving successful deployments of RapidIdentity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Focus on accelerating adoption of the RapidIdentity platform and maintaining a productive relationship between the company and the customer in complex enterprise environments.

Location: US Remote. For those candidates who live near a hirify.global office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other hirify.global employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.

Salary: $70,400 - $150,100 USD

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and technical representative for assigned customers.
  • Establish and maintain project plans to drive RapidIdentity adoption and customer success.
  • Bring customer feature requests, issues, and product information to the appropriate representatives within the company.
  • Actively engage with customers, including frequent communication with multiple points of contact.
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer needs are communicated and resolved.
  • Actively consult on the architecture and design of RapidIdentity solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully deploying or integrating Identity & Access Management solutions in complex education IT environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven mastery of RapidIdentity and/or Identity & Access Management technologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Customer Service in a technical environment.
  • Experience with directory services and identity protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to teach material effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity lifecycle management concepts.
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) technologies and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of relevant compliance and data privacy frameworks applicable to IAM implementations.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and comfort with scripting or automation tooling (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with the broader IAM vendor landscape.
