What you will do

• Deploy and configure instant financial solutions in customer or hosted environments.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure timely solution delivery and client satisfaction.
• Gather and validate requirements while managing initial access and data transfer.
• Test and troubleshoot system functionality and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Deliver comprehensive technical training to customers, partners, and IT personnel.
• Maintain system health by applying software patches and managing upgrades.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US without restrictions.
• Must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Time, with core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer software delivery.
• Experience with system integrations and software debugging.
• Capability to perform after-hours and weekend work as required by customer needs.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as A+, MCSA, MCSE, Network+, or CCNA.
• Experience with SQL, IIS, VMware, Cisco, and LAN/WAN environments.
• Background in supporting remote users and backup/recovery technologies.
