What you will do

• Perform remote or on-site installation, integration, and configuration of security solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across servers, networks, databases, and hardware infrastructure.
• Lead technical delivery for complex projects, including pre-installation validation and lab testing.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal support teams for high-priority escalations.
• Develop and apply scripts in PowerShell, Python, or SQL to drive customization and automation.
• Document technical deployments and contribute to process improvements to reduce defects.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Systems, Software, or Support Engineer.
• Strong expertise in PKI, Key Management, and HSMs.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, DNS, IIS, and Windows/Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ability to travel up to 60% when required.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Security+ or experience with automated deployment platforms like Intune or SCOM.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in database analysis or advanced programming (T-SQL, PL/SQL).
• Prior experience in a mentorship or team coordination capacity.
