What you will do

• Own global IT and security operations, including strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Drive internal AI transformation by implementing, testing, and training AI-powered workflows.
• Manage the full IT landscape, including software suites (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and MDM solutions.
• Lead hardware operations, covering procurement, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure SOC2 compliance and manage audits, risk assessments, and security awareness training.
• Optimize IT costs, manage licenses, and maintain local network and AV infrastructure.

Requirements

• Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Proven experience in an IT management or senior IT operations role within a tech or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platform administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and MDM (Jamf).
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, SOC2 compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and tools among non-technical users.
• Structured and proactive approach with strong cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI-powered internal tools.
• Familiarity with AV and network infrastructure management.
• Background in scale-up environments with 100–300 employees.
