What you will do

• Drive strategic discovery by engaging with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors to map their priorities to hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles, winning the technical trust of senior stakeholders.
• Lead product demonstrations that tell a compelling narrative of financial transformation.
• Design tailored treasury workflows, aligning hirify.global’s platform with clients’ specific requirements.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, establishing yourself as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance.
• Understanding of how mid-market and enterprise firms manage their data, with experience in Microsoft, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Sage environments.
• Commercial instinct and the ability to translate cash management systems into actionable business impact.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or similar; professional certifications (e.g. CTP, CFA, or accounting qualifications) are a plus.
