What you will do

• Manage financial planning, operations, modeling, and analysis, reporting directly to the CFO.
• Manage one analyst and support hiring/expansion for a wider financial team.
• Identify gaps in current financial systems and processes, optimizing with new operational tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PQE experience in FP&A or related backgrounds.
• Professional experience managing financial processes for companies dealing with cryptocurrency or other digital assets.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously within a startup native team.
