What you will do

• Lead global consolidations and monthly reporting.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team to prepare reporting cycles and craft the investor narrative.
• Redesign reporting capabilities to deliver world-class reporting.
• Build and refine the financial infrastructure, including EPM enhancements and standardizing KPIs.
• Provide deep-dive analysis into financial performance, translating data into actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing Corporate FP&A team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a significant portion in Corporate FP&A at a high-growth technology or hardware company.
• Proven experience in an IR-facing role or significant involvement in quarterly earnings prep and 10-K/10-Q financial narratives.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and EPM systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, or NetSuite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. An MBA or CPA is a strong plus.
• The ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise updates for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
