Focus on managing service accounts, developing capital plans, and preparing repair job proposals and service contract bids.

What you will do
- Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
- Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships and build an understanding of their needs.
- Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
- Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software program.
- Prepare service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment when necessary.
- Respond to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow-up with customers on all service and repair proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings.
