What you will do

• Manage hirify.global products in assigned accounts, determine needs, and maintain equipment.
• Inspire and coach ASM I and Sales Trainees on best practices, route coverage, and selling skills.
• Establish communication with DSMs, ASM I, and retail partners to implement local programming.
• Conduct market analysis, develop SMART action plans, and protect brand through proper rotation.
• Collaborate across sales and DP teams to execute programs and share best practices.
• Use Daily Tracker to measure contributions and ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
• Experience as Account Sales Manager for minimum 6 months
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
• English proficiency
• Travel 0-10%
