What you will do

  • Own and execute expansion strategies across your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets, consistently delivering against and exceeding quota.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure successful onboarding, expansion, and retention.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in State, Local, and Education environment, channel, reseller, vendor, technology, or a related domain.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Genuine interest in technology and ability to understand, distill and convey the value proposition of an Platform
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and account management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics
