What you will do

• Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, preparing proposals, documentation, and forms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support deal execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for hotel partners, supporting onboarding and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor account health metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Facilitate performance reviews for smaller hotel accounts, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain visibility into revenue trends and flag growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Slack).
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable leading client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.
