Customer Solution Design Practitioner: Designing technology solutions for global customers, contributing to secure, high-performance solutions that support digital transformation worldwide with an accent on technical capability in a highly collaborative, innovative environment. Focus on delivering integrated solutions, managing technical and commercial risks, and presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders.

Location: Exeter. We operate a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, please only apply if you are comfortable with this arrangement.

• Designing technology components that meet time, cost and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with solution designers and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Managing technical and commercial risks and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Identifying cross‑sell, up‑sell and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Presenting technical solutions, explaining design decisions and business benefits.
• Supporting innovation and contributing to knowledge‑sharing within design squads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical design or solution delivery.
• Strong working knowledge across multiple relevant technologies or products.
• Experience delivering component-level designs and working within governance standards.
• Ability to manage risks, resolve issues independently and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, including lifecycle cost considerations.
