What you will do

• Develop application and system roadmaps for large-scale transformation and migration projects.
• Design flexible, modular, and reusable solutions aligned with global enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the finalization and approval of technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Define high-level target operating models and prepare business cases for funding and prioritization.
• Review high-level designs and code, enforcing best practices and performance testing with nearshore and offshore partners.
• Manage technology risks and develop mitigation strategies for architecture initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of architecture experience specifically within core insurance platforms.
• Proven experience delivering projects on Guidewire or similar core insurance platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud technologies, API-based architecture, and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of integration architectures, including Service Bus and event bus models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (2-3 days in office).

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification.
• Scaled Agile methodology certifications.
