Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee carrier selection, rate negotiations, performance management, and relationship development.
  • Monitor freight spend and identify cost-saving opportunities through optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with DC leadership to ensure seamless inbound and outbound execution.
  • Analyze transportation and distribution data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
  • Improve warehousing KPIs, handling costs, and customer satisfaction levels across the US.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with 3PL teams and carriers to deliver on growth and service objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based onsite at the Southaven, MS Distribution Center.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in DC Operations, focusing on retail and DTC shipments.
  • Strong knowledge of freight management, including LTL, FTL, and intermodal solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
