What you will do

• Collaborate with retailers to align strategic business objectives and optimize PO on-time in-full (OTIF) issues.
• Manage modular shipment tracking and process Walmart Ladder Plans on a weekly basis.
• Develop joint execution plans in coordination with Sales Directors, Sales Ops Managers, and customer supply chain teams.
• Analyze weekly performance and adjust GRS settings or policies to drive sales.
• Maximize in-stock levels while adhering to product turns expectations.
• Utilize Retail Link to provide analytical support and detailed weekly reporting on opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant work experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales forecasting, and inventory management.
• Deep understanding of Walmart's GRS & TMS systems.
• Strong proficiency in Retail Link (Aspen, Scintilla, NOVA) and Excel.
• Must be located in the Bentonville area (preferred).
• Proven experience within CPG businesses.
