Salary: $67,500 - $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead demand planning, inventory management, and purchase order execution for assigned retail accounts.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into POS and trend data to suggest immediate action plans and identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build customer presentations, monthly business reviews, and weekly flash reports.
• Coordinate domestic and import orders with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and maximize fill rates.
• Manage forecasting inputs and update data governance and price lists within the SFO system.
• Lead weekly meetings with customer replenishment teams to review results and adjust for sales trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or business analytics within the consumer products industry.
• Must be located in Minneapolis, MN for a hybrid office schedule.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
