What you will do
- Support development of Asset Management event strategy, including prioritization of budget allocation by channel and product.
- Maintain event budgets through weekly, monthly check-ins with stakeholders and run analyses of budget data to ensure ROI maximization.
- Build and maintain a living document that maps events-related initiatives and enhancements to timelines, owners, and milestones.
- Oversee track, analysis, and reporting on event performance metrics, including developing standardized templates for senior leadership reporting.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to develop prioritized infrastructure build plan to enhance event execution and automate event measurement.
- Develop and implement governance processes and frameworks for overseeing planned events and assessing new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related function; financial services or asset management industry preferred.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated comfort working with data.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build productive working relationships across functions and levels.
Nice to have
- Experience building processes, frameworks, or platforms in environments where they did not previously exist.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and event platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of Asset Management products, client segments, and the competitive landscape is a plus.
