Marketing Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between the external marketing agency and internal sales teams.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and product overviews.
• Manage all logistics for marketing events, primarily within the U.S., with some international coordination.
• Build working knowledge of products to support accurate and credible marketing execution.
• Manage CRM outbound campaigns, including building campaign copy and materials in coordination with the sales team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing execution, coordination, or manager role.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing or design tools (Word and PowerPoint required, with additional experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred).
• Comfort working with technical products and learning new concepts quickly.
• Experience supporting or managing marketing events and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to generate and present periodic marketing status reports in group meetings.
• Experience supporting global or international marketing efforts.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or email tools.
• Prior experience in B2B, technology, fintech, or regulated industries.
