Location: UK - Remote. If residing within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, a hybrid schedule would be required. Candidates outside of commutable distance (but still residing in England or Wales) may be considered on a work from home basis with the expectation of coming into the office once a month or as business needs dictate. This position requires full working rights in the UK without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver trade shows and field events across EMEA, ensuring they are on-brand and within budget.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and advisory boards to define event goals and content strategy.
• Lead vendor sourcing and management for venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
• Manage event branding and materials, including design, production, and logistics.
• Support the regional execution of hirify.global’s user conference and customer marketing program.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification plus marketing qualifications or marketing experience in a high-performing team.
• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organisation.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
