What you will do

• Manage the planning, project management, and reporting of assigned global events using AI tools.
• Handle detailed budget tracking and adherence for all assigned events.
• Negotiate event sponsorship contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Oversee event logistics, including hotel reservations, staff registration, and material shipping.
• Conduct post-event lead management, ROI analysis, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage booth orders and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing corporate events and tradeshows globally.
• BS or BA in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing budgets of various scales.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity.
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%).

• Experience with international shipping and logistics.
• Knowledge of the finance or financial software industry.
• Proficiency with Wrike, iCapture, or Salesforce.
