What you will do

• Own the narrative for hirify.global's AI solutions and develop differentiated messaging and positioning.
• Lead AI product launches, owning GTM planning and execution.
• Enable the field to win by developing sales tools, messaging guides, and competitive positioning.
• Shape market understanding through thought leadership content and analyst relations.
• Be a strategic cross-functional partner, working closely with product, demand gen, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B Saas product marketing experience; 2+ years of experience marketing AI products or capabilities in a B2B environment.
• Ability to distill complex technical capabilities into messaging that speaks to both business and IT buyers.
• Track record of leading successful product launches and building GTM programs from the ground up.
• Strong sales enablement instincts and understanding of sales cycles.
• Collaborative by default and able to partner with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
• Strategic thinker who is genuinely curious about AI and how it’s reshaping work.
