TL;DR

Industry Events Lead (B2B): Owning hirify.global's global B2B event strategy from end to end, determining event presence and driving pipeline and brand impact. Focus on strategic and executional aspects, shaping how B2B audiences experience hirify.global, and leveraging AI tools for planning, research, and creation.

Location: Must be based in Boston or San Francisco. It is not eligible for remote work.

What you will do

• Evaluate and prioritize conferences, summits, and industry gatherings for hirify.global's attendance and sponsorship.
• Own the full lifecycle of event sponsorships, including evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and execution.
• Determine the appropriate level of presence for each event, such as booth, speaking slot, co-branded activation, or strategic dinner.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Creative & Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
• Manage the B2B industry event budget, tracking, and ROI measurement framework.
• Partner with Creative & Brand to develop all event assets, ensuring they are on-brand and on-time.

Requirements

• 8+ years in industry events, field marketing, or experiential event formats in a B2B environment.
• Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles.
• Strong background in executive programs and measuring event-sourced pipeline.
• Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity.
• A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders and hold cross-functional partners accountable.
• AI Fluency: Demonstrated relationship with AI tools and ability to explain how AI has changed your work.
