What you will do

• Own the global Finance organization across Strategic Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, and financial operations.
• Design the financial architecture, operating model, pricing strategy, unit economics, and performance framework for an AI-native business.
• Lead enterprise value creation through revenue opportunities, business model innovation, pricing and packaging, capital allocation, and profitability improvement.
• Optimize global legal entities, tax strategy, transfer pricing, capital allocation, and international operations.
• Lead capital markets strategy, including investor relationships, Board reporting, due diligence, and Series D or later financing readiness.
• Serve as the CEO's and executive team's strategic financial advisor on product investment, go-to-market priorities, organizational design, hiring, and capital allocation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company.
• Experience scaling a business from approximately $20M to $100M+ ARR and building the financial foundation for sustained growth.
• AI-native working style, including automation and workflows using AI agents, MCP, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience with pricing, monetization, and unit economics for AI, SaaS, or consumption-based products.
• Experience leading finance across multiple international jurisdictions and managing global entity structures, tax, foreign exchange, statutory reporting, and consolidation.
• Must be based in the United States and able to collaborate across U.S. and European time zones.

• Experience leading Series C, Series D, or later fundraising efforts.
• Regular experience presenting to Boards of Directors and institutional investors.
• Experience building finance organizations and systems in founder-led, high-growth companies.
