What you will do
- Drive the success of 's embedded finance partnerships.
- Drive the acquisition of net new partnerships by bringing a product forward strategy to commercial discussions and GTM motions / sales cycles.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance, with a focus on partnerships, business development, or channel strategy.
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive distribution and revenue growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver complex, partner-led solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and deal structures.
- Deep understanding of the fintech and embedded finance landscape, including market trends and regulatory considerations.
- Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor.
- Experience being ACCOUNTABLE for the success of large investments and / or resource commitments.
- Product forward mindset and deep product and technical knowledge.
