Salary: $120,000 base, $300,000+ on-target earnings (uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Generate pipeline and achieve quarterly quota, with 50%+ of closed business from self-sourced outbound prospecting.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives, brokerage owners, CMOs, and operations leaders through consultative selling.
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs, highlighting solutions for agent recruitment, retention, and marketing.
- Attend industry conferences, visit prospects on-site, and build face-to-face relationships.
- Maintain pipeline management in Salesforce, provide accurate weekly forecasts, and keep deal stages current.
- Collaborate with BDR, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine targeting, share market insights, and ensure seamless client handoffs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B Mid-Market sales experience, from prospecting to close.
- PropTech or real estate industry sales experience required.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota through self-sourced pipeline.
- Experience selling to brokerage leadership, marketing executives, or real estate professionals.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
