Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD base per year plus commission

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies within the Owners, Developers, and General Contractors (OGC) market segment.
- Conduct deep discovery and qualification to understand prospect business needs.
- Deliver a compelling value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Build detailed business cases, including ROI and workflow illustrations, to drive adoption.
- Manage the full sales cycle to close software agreements with commercial developers and investors.
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and client services teams to improve the product and client experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
- Experience working with complex verticals or industries that are slow to adopt technology.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Ability to travel 15-25% for business priorities, including visiting Nashville at least twice per year.
Nice to have
- Experience or deep understanding of the finance or construction industries.
- Knowledge of back-office operations.
