TL;DR
Mid-Market Account Executive (AI): Driving new revenue through prospecting and executing the full sales cycle with an accent on in-person and virtual selling. Focus on identifying and engaging key stakeholders, managing high-velocity sales cycles, and closing deals in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: 4x per week in our HQ San Francisco office.
Salary: $180K – $210K

What you will do
- Identify and target high-growth Mid-Market companies and key decision-makers.
- Craft thoughtful messaging and leverage cold outreach strategies to generate new pipeline and book meetings.
- Understand customer challenges and clearly communicate ’s value.
- Run efficient sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and confidently guide prospects from discovery through close.
- Partner with customers post-sale to identify opportunities to expand across additional teams, products, and use cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role focused on net-new business.
- Hunter mentality – you enjoy prospecting, building pipeline, and creating opportunities from scratch.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role with strong pipeline management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and is eager to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate value and build trust with a variety of stakeholders.
