Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and execute the full-cycle recruiting process for Technology, Operations, and G&A roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build robust candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, draft descriptions, and calibrate profiles.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership regarding market trends and pipeline health.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new hires from candidate to employee during onboarding.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth agency or in-house roles.
- Proven ability to manage diverse requisition loads independently without dedicated recruiting support.
- Expertise in modern recruiting tools, ATS platforms like Lever, and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and build candidate rapport.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, and ambiguous startup environment.
- Must be located in the United States due to the nature of the employment relationship.
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth, digital health, or high-growth tech environments.
- Experience sourcing clinical roles like Nurse Practitioners or Physicians.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology.
- Experience working in fully remote, distributed teams.
