TL;DR
Talent Sourcer: Identifying and engaging top-tier talent across a variety of roles, from software engineers and product designers to enterprise sellers and customer success leaders with an accent on building world-class teams across both technical and commercial functions. Focus on developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines.
Location: Must work in a hybrid work environment where we come together as a team Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays in our Redwood City Office.
Salary: $90K - $115K

What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand role requirements and hiring priorities in the US.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines for GTM and customer success functions.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and online communities.
- Communicate compelling narratives that reflect Ambient’s mission, product vision, and career opportunities.
- Maintain and organize talent pools for high-priority and evergreen roles, ensuring a strong pipeline when hiring needs arise.
- Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate funnel health to recruiters and hiring teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to both technical and GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, product management) as well as commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and CRM best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills—you can write compelling outreach and engage candidates across disciplines.
- Highly organized and adaptable—you can context-switch between technical and non-technical roles without missing a beat.
- Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.
