GTM Recruiting Lead: Owning hiring across go-to-market and G&A organizations and helping shape how the company scales with an accent on attracting, assessing, and closing talent. Focus on partnering with leaders across the business and running searches end to end.
Location: United States or Canada. Remote-first company with a globally distributed team.
Salary: US Estimated base salary $110K – $170K. Canada Estimated base salary CA$150K – CA$200K

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions, including sales, partnerships, post-sales, sales engineering, marketing, finance, legal, people, and other business roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and company leaders to define role scope, align on candidate profile, and build effective hiring strategies for each search.
- Drive proactive sourcing and market mapping for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
- Screen, assess, and manage candidates throughout the interview process with strong judgment and a high bar for quality.
- Own candidate experience from first outreach through offer close, ensuring a thoughtful and efficient process.
- Help improve recruiting processes, interview structure, and hiring manager alignment as the company continues to scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup and 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Proven experience recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
