What you will do

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, and office services.
• Develop scalable systems, playbooks, and guides to reduce friction and increase consistency in workplace processes.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding touchpoints and equipment coordination.
• Plan and execute company-wide events and engagement moments from all-hands to team gatherings.
• Partner with People, IT, and Finance teams to align on standards, policies, and budgets.
• Act as a culture ambassador to foster an inclusive environment where teams can thrive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or people engagement.
• Must be based in Berlin (Office-based role).
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Strong service mindset and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to think in scalable systems and create structured processes.
• Comfortable using workplace technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
