What you will do

• Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks across People Operations.
• Design and maintain People Operations dashboards and operational insights that support better decision-making.
• Redesign HR processes using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Build and implement AI-enabled solutions such as workflow automations, smart self-service tools, and HR agents.
• Improve data quality and integration across HR systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, compensation tools).
• Partner closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and the AI team to ensure solutions are compliant and sustainable.

Requirements

• 5+ of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR systems roles.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with People data and dashboards.
• Proven experience improving HR processes through automation, system improvements, or data-driven redesign.
• Practical experience applying AI or advanced automation in an operational context (HR experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of HR systems and data flows (e.g. HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation tools).
• A strong sense of responsibility when working with sensitive employee data and compliance requirements.
