What you will do

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Help manage employment and change letters and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and coordinating with external partners.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard preparation.
  • Help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently and organized.
  • Assist with planning and organizing team events.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Some prior experience in HR administration (internship or working student role counts).
  • A basic understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
