What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for UK employees and managers on all people matters.
• Partner with managers to navigate UK employment law and manage their teams effectively.
• Lead employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, and grievance issues.
• Drive annual People programs, including performance reviews and compensation cycles.
• Take an active role in rebuilding a positive, connected office culture.
• Provide basic HR coordination for employees in France and Germany.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR generalist or advisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with employees and coach managers.
• Resilience and optimism to shift the energy in the office.
• Comfort operating solo in the UK and escalating issues when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• CIPD Level 5 or above.
• Background in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
