What you will do

  • Take full ownership of personnel administration and compliance across Portugal, Germany, Latvia, Armenia, China, Brazil, and Mexico.
  • Lead a distributed team of three based in different global offices.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle (hires, transfers, terminations, relocations) and develop all supporting HR documentation.
  • Manage international payroll by building effective cooperation with providers across different jurisdictions.
  • Oversee employee insurance programs across international locations.
  • Analyze, optimize, and automate HR administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing teams, including distributed or international setups.
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
  • Expert knowledge of labor law and personnel administration (HR records management).
  • Experience working with international employees and foreign legal entities.
  • Track record of automating HR processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • High level of autonomy, initiative, and ability to stay updated on legislative changes.
