What you will do

• Oversee HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management
• Manage payroll and employment contracts for Italy and Germany, ensuring compliance
• Design HR strategies supporting business goals, handle benefits and compensation
• Drive employee relations, engagement, well-being, and training programs
• Lead administration: office operations, management, and accounting
• Serve as sparring partner to Teamlead Administration

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of HR & Administration in fast-growing company
• Strong leadership, team management, talent acquisition, engagement, performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law and GDPR
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Thrive in dynamic environment
• Strong working knowledge of AI/LLM tools, prompt design, output refinement
• Fluent English and native-level Italian
