What you will do

  • Translate EMEA priorities into actionable execution plans and milestones.
  • Design and manage the EMEA People Team Operating Cadence.
  • Own the EMEA People messaging rhythm, ensuring consistency across regions and People functions.
  • Lead the EMEA performance excellence cadence including calibration cycles and governance processes.
  • Partner with Global Talent and Learning Teams to coordinate leadership development initiatives Across EMEA.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to simplify and automate People workflows and pilot AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in HR Operations, Program or Project Management, or a Chief of Staff role within a global organization.
  • Strong operational and program/project-management experience with proven ability to drive projects to conclusion.
  • Experience working in a global environment with the ability to translate global strategies for regional rollouts.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives and recommended action plans.
  • Proven ability to design and manage complex regional operating rhythms to drive accountability, clear ownership, and systematic follow-through across functions.
  • Expertise in orchestrating multi-channel communication strategies and partnering with regional leaders to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging for large-scale initiatives and organizational change.
