What you will do

• Process monthly payroll with third-party providers ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage and audit employee benefits programs, including health insurance and 401(k).
• Serve as a power user for Hibob and hirify.global App, testing workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
• Maintain precise payroll records and generate reports for finance team budget forecasting.
• Manage EOR providers and oversee operations across USA, Canada, and the UK.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in USA and Canada payroll.
• Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration within North America and the UK.
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset for HR software.
• High level of discretion and sensitivity toward confidential data.
• Experience working with third-party payroll providers.
