What you will do

• Lead regional HR programs and transformation initiatives to ensure process standardization and alignment with business priorities.
• Drive the adoption of the hirify.global Operating System (VOS) to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Own the EMEA HR Management Operating System (MOS), monitoring KPIs, census data, and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR analytics and finance teams to produce accurate leadership reporting and conduct Problem Solving Reviews (PSR) for critical KPIs.
• Support regional M&A activities in collaboration with the global Business Development team.
• Coach and guide HR Business Partners on change management and program delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management or HR transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience working within global or matrixed organizations with complex structures.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory frameworks and change management practices.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of employment (no sponsorship provided).
