TL;DR

Focus on delivering actionable insights, leading reporting automation, and mentoring team members in data-informed decision-making.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Cardiff on a hybrid basis

What you will do

  • Lead the delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data requirements into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Design intuitive and accessible reporting solutions while ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Oversee the reporting ticketing queue to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation within reporting processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert while supporting the development of reporting analysts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR reporting and data visualisation using Oracle HCM and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data architecture, and integration principles.
  • Solid knowledge of data protection, GDPR, and governance standards.
  • Experience working with large datasets and automated reporting solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools for reporting and insights.
