People Operations Partner

What you will do

• Own and improve onboarding operations, including welcome communications, I-9 verification, swag coordination, and IT setup.
• Coordinate in-person orientation at our San Francisco hub.
• Lead cross-functional People Ops work, partnering with Finance, Total Rewards, IT, Legal, Recruiting, and People Business Partners.
• Maintain People data accuracy, managing Workday transactions and keeping data clean.
• Build scalable processes across onboarding, offboarding, and core People Ops workflows.
• Support compliance and audit readiness, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

• Have 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
• Must be a Workday power user, comfortable handling transactions, running reports, and catching data issues early.
• Are familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and Slab or Notion.
• Think in systems and enjoy improving processes.
• Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate clearly and thoughtfully across teams.
