What you will do

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, personalized emails, video messaging, and social media.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment.
• Discover customer business initiatives through a thorough qualification process.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global and its return on investment.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with a strategic prioritization approach.
• Research and understand various personas and ideal customer profiles.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional inside sales experience, preferably in technology.
• Experience in high-volume cold calling and emailing companies for greenfield opportunities.
• Consistent quota attainment and achievement of KPIs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
