Salary: $70,000–$90,000 plus incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-potential accounts through strategic cold calling and personalized outreach.
  • Deliver value-driven messaging to engage prospective employer buyers.
  • Secure meetings with stakeholders ranging from benefits leaders to C-suite executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives and marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral.
  • Track progress and report on lead generation metrics using Salesforce.
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of successful outbound sales or lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools.
  • Ability to craft persuasive messaging and handle phone conversations autonomously.
