What you will do

  • Manage customer accounts and build a strong understanding of their business and goals.
  • Develop trusted relationships that support long‑term customer growth.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage your pipeline and keep opportunities accurately updated.
  • Position hirify.global’s value proposition to grow customer spend.
  • Learn our systems, tools, and vendor programs to become confident and effective in the role.

Requirements

  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing environment such as sales, call center, telesales, retail, or customer service.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and develop into a subject matter expert.
  • An interest in IT or technology and a desire to build a career in sales or business development.
