Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do
- Manage a designated portfolio of global enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and influencers.
- Conduct high-level presentations and lead contract negotiations.
- Provide strategic guidance based on a deep understanding of the client's industry and competitive landscape.
- Translate customer pain points into tailored digital coaching solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving revenue growth in a global enterprise account role.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or account management with a proven track record.
- Direct experience managing global enterprise-level portfolios and exceeding sales targets.
- Background or experience in the HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D sectors.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (3 days per week).
