What you will do
- Manage a dedicated geographical territory of enterprise accounts to generate net new business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
- Lead full sales cycles, from initial discovery and solution demos to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with lead generation, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business outcomes.
- Maintain CRM data, specifically Salesforce, to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, understanding the competitive landscape and tailoring value propositions to senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in a new territory.
- Proven track record in self-sourced lead generation and effective prospect communication.
- Strategic, creative, and commercially minded with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
- Must be able to attend the London office 3 days per week as per the Global Hybrid policy.
- Previous experience in HR consulting or Learning & Development is highly preferred.
