• Match consultants to client needs and serve as the primary point of contact for IT and business solutions.
• Recruit, onboard, and support a team of consultants for their missions.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to consolidate and expand the group's presence within key accounts.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting professional relationships.
• Ability to inspire and unite others around a vision and strategic goals.
• French speaking is a plus.
