Location: Miami, FL or Seattle, WA

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Variable Bonus

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with clients’ capital programs and digital transformation goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise/B2G account management or customer success
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining large, complex accounts
  • Public-sector client experience is a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics, procurement processes, and long project lifecycles
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth environment
